Greenhouse Construction from the Ground Up
Saturdays, November 14 & 21, 9am-1pm
Urban Roots
In this two-day workshop, participants will learn how to build a greenhouse from scratch and in the process, will construct the Urban Roots greenhouse. Informational workshop sessions will be held on: greenhouse design and construction; greenhouse management propagation principals; and soil mix creation.
Workshop taught by David Pitre of Tecolote Farm and Max Elliott of Urban Roots. This is a hands-on, experiential workshop. Be prepared to work hard, learn lots, and get dirty!
Please note, ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND BOTH DAYS OF THE WORKSHOP.
Cost: $60. One scholarship is available for the workshop.
