On April 6, 2009 the Budget Committee submitted the following documents to the Board for its review. Please see below. During Executive Session on April 16, 2009 the Board was split in its decision to vote for this budget proposal in its present form. Board members present in the Executive Session voted 4 “Yes” and 3 “No” with Jackie King, President tying up the vote according to Robert’s Rules of Order which govern TOFGA meetings.
The Board voted to postpone the budget discussion to Thursday, April 30th. The Board wanted the Budget Committee’s Proposal Documents posted to the TOFGA website for TOFGA Member’s review and comments.
The Board agreed that the TOFGA budget would be finalized at the May Board Meeting after a concensus of the board members was reached. When concensus was reached, the board voted to approve the 2009 budget.
