  Come learn the basics of fermentation!  Fermented foods are high-probiotic foods, and they are also higher in nutrients and retain flavor and color much better than the canning method of food preservation.  Learn how to make old-fashioned pickled veggies and sourdough bread starters for bread, rolls and pancakes.
