Base fee:
  • Members at the Full Individual level and above save $50 on Conference registration.
  • You must show proof of full-time college status. Bring student ID and print out of current or upcoming course schedule.
  • Discounted fee for 6-8 hours of volunteer time. Registration code will be provided once volunteer is approved. Apply to volunteer at this link: https://form.jotform.com/63188007868163. Contact region2@tofga.org with any questions.
  • One day only, either day. Members at the Full Individual level and above receive discounted conference registration.
  • One day only, Either day.
  • You will see the options on your registration form.
  • Select this option if you need Banquet Tickets ONLY. Includes locally-sourced banquet meal and keynote address by Michael Abelman, Friday evening, February 2, 2018. You will select the number of tickets on the next screen. Stay after the banquet for the second annual Farm & Food Trivia Night!

2018 TOFGA Annual Conference

Register now for the 2018 TOFGA Annual Conference! Hundreds of farmers, ranchers, and gardening enthusiasts are expected to attend from all over Texas to share ideas, network, build community, and have fun!

Preconference WorkshopsThe conference includes two days of learning sessions, plus multiple add-on pre-conference workshops and farm tours. Be sure to join us for the Friday night banquet featuring keynote speaker, Michael Abelman, a pioneer of the organic farming and urban agriculture movements, and a delicious locally-sourced dinner.  Pre-conference events and the banquet are not included in registration but can be added during the registration process.

TOFGA is a statewide non-profit organization focused on education and advocacy for Texas farmers, ranchers, and gardeners who practice organic and sustainable methods. TOFGA is run exclusively on membership dues and donations from the community. Please know that your registration fees are what allow TOFGA to put on this conference every year. Thank you for helping to make this event possible!

Friday Banquet Dinner & Keynote

Michael AbelmanJoin TOFGA for a delicious farm-to-table dinner and inspiring keynote by Michael Abelman, a pioneer of the organic farming and urban agriculture movements. Plan to stay after the banquet for the second annual and very fun Farm & Food Trivia Night!

Conference Schedule

The full conference schedule will be posted in the coming weeks. Check out some of the topics and speakers now! And be sure to plan for the following events:

  • Thursday Pre-Conference Workshops & Farm Tours (Please note that registration for pre-conference events is separate and not included in the full conference registration.) 
  • Conference Kick-Off - Thursday 5-7 pm, Join the TOFGA Board and exhibitors for mixing, mingling, and a cash bar. Additionally, research students will be on-hand to display and discuss their academic posters!
  • TOFGA Regional Meetings - Friday lunch hour, lunch included in registration
  • TOFGA Members Meeting - Friday afternoon
  • Annual Banquet Keynote & Dinner - Friday evening, dinner included, plus cash bar!
  • Exhibitors Hall - Open Thursday 5-7, all-day Friday, and Saturday until close.

Conference Location & Lodging

The conference will be held at the Georgetown Sheraton Resort and Conference Center. The TOFGA group discount rate is $119, available until January 11, 2018. Book your room now!

Full Conference

    Member* - Early Bird $225 until Jan. 15. Then $275 after Jan. 15.

    Non-Member - Early Bird $275 until Jan. 15. Then $325 after Jan. 15.  

    Student – $150.00

    Volunteer – $50.00 (please submit a Volunteer Application in order to register)

One-Day Pass
